Scope & Contract Formation By placing an order on bluntspoonsociety.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded the moment you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Prices, Currency & Payment All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or available credit providers at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally via Printify. For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. Shipping times vary by destination. Any stated delivery windows are estimates, not strict deadlines. We are not liable for customs delays in destination countries.

Returns & Refunds Under Swiss law (Obligationenrecht), there is no automatic statutory right of return or cooling-off period for online purchases. All sales are final. Because our garments are produced in highly limited, dedicated runs, we cannot offer returns for incorrect sizing choices or changes of mind.

Defects If your garment arrives physically defective or damaged from production, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bluntspoonsociety@gmail.com with photo evidence, and we will review it case by case.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions and all operations of this store are governed exclusively by Swiss Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes is Zürich, Switzerland.
